The England under-21 star has just a year remaining on his current deal with the likes of Everton, Aston Villa and Crystal Palace all sniffing around after an impressive campaign on loan with Championship side Middlesbrough.
Bamford has chalked up 19 goals with the Teeside promotion chasers this season and was even recognised for his efforts by being named as the Sky Bet Championship player of the year at the Football League Awards last month.
Having yet to make a first team appearance for the Blues yet, he does have ambitions of breaking through into the starting XI, but is said to be keen to find out what the club’s long term plans are for him before committing his future.
