Another composed performance from Luiz in holding midfield shows that that he is perhaps more naturally suited to the anchorman role. His passing was neat, and he made regular interceptions in the middle as well.

The Brazilian is just the kind of attacker Jose Mourinho loves to have in his side. He worked tirelessly up and down the right, but also showed some great touches with his quick, clever feet. He did drift in and out of the game though, and was outshone by the brilliant Hazard.
