- 11 Oscar (Mikel – 79′ ) – 6
Played in a deeper role, where he was closer to Luiz and Ramires than Hazard and Willian, and tried to control the game with his passing ability. He struggled to really stamp his authority on the match however, especially with Hull’s physical, harrying midfielders.
- 17 Eden Hazard – 9
The best player on the pitch by a country mile. Hazard’s running and creativity was a constant menace to Hull, and he opened the scoring with a delightful goal, where he fired into the bottom corner following a mazy run.
- 09 Fernando Torres – 6
Not at his best, but managed to score a goal that clinched the three points for Chelsea and sent them to the top of the Premier League table, until Arsenal play at least.
