Matic barely put a foot wrong and pushed forward a lot more than usual as trialist Kenedy dropped deep to help the Serbian defensively.

A solid performance from the former Barcelona man. His excellent through ball played Diego Costa through on goal but his fellow Spanish international couldn’t apply the finish that the lead up play deserved.
Kenedy: 6.5/10
It was a largely unspectacular 45 minutes from the Brazilian, however Mourinho would have been pleased with the 19-year-old trialist as he matched his attacking efforts with his defensive duties.
