Apparently, the Blues have been pushing hard to acquire the Juventus star and have been in talks with his agent.
Sport, a Spanish newspaper, report that Chelsea have made an official offer to sign Pogba, worth a total of £56.8m.
The deal includes £35.5m in cash as well as the addition of Oscar, valued at £21.3m.
Pogba is wanted “immediately” at Stamford Bridge, with Barcelona also highly interested in the Frenchman. The Spanish giants have bid worth the same amount, but he would not be able to join the squad until January because of Barca’s ban on acquiring new players.
Despite all of this, Manchester City are still the frontrunners to sign Pogba, with an incredible £71.1m deal still on the table.
