The young Argentinian was one of the most impressive players in Ligue 1 last season, despite being slightly overshadowed by his world class South American teammates, but has taken on even more responsibility this term under Leonardo Jardim after the high profile departures.
Blessed with both fine skill and electric pace, Ocampos has all of the raw ingredients needed to become a top player and Chelsea, having monitored his progress for some time, could be set to make their move in January, but will have to pay a high price to bring in a player who is seen as a key man by Monaco.
