Chelsea will lift the Premier League trophy at Stamford Bridge on Sunday, after they play Sunderland in what is now a meaningless match, with the Black Cats having officially avoided relegation by taking a point from Wednesday’s 0-0 draw at Arsenal.
Jose Mourinho’s Blues will still be very keen to end the season with a win, especially after losing 3-0 at West Bromwich Albion on Monday night.

Here’s how we expect Mourinho’s men will lineup up against Dick Advocaat’s boys…
Petr Cech
The experienced stopper has been deputy to Thibaut Courtois all season. However, as he has been heavily linked with a summer transfer away from Stamford Bridge – The Mirror report that Arsenal have opened talks over a possible move – Cech could be given a rare start on what may well be his Chelsea farewell.
Branislav Ivanovic
The Serbian defender is one of three Chelsea players who have started all 37 Premier League matches so far this season. Mourinho will almost certainly stick with his main man at right-back.
Filipe Luis
Luis has played second fiddle to Cesar Azpilicueta for much of the season, but he has started at left-back in Chelsea’s last two games, so he is likely to continue.
John Terry
The former England captain has never started every single game in a league season, but he is on the verge of doing just that. He produced one of his poorest performances of the campaign on Monday night, giving away this penalty in the process, but there is no way Mourinho will leave him out.
