Sadio Mane transfer talk: Could Southampton hat-trick hero be just what Chelsea, Arsenal & Liverpool need?
While Jose Mourinho’s achievements are obvious, Tony Pulis has largely gone under the radar for the work he has done with the Baggies. When took over in January, they were a place and a point above the bottom three.
Now, with the title safe in Chelsea’s grasp, and survival safely in West Brom’s, Monday’s game will represent an opportunity for both bosses to rotate their sides, and perhaps, give some of the younger players a chance.
Here is how we expect the Blues to line up:
GK- Thibaut Courtois
The Belgian has been awesome this year, and, with Petr Cech carrying a knock, he is likely to be one of the first names down on Jose Mourinho’s teamsheet.
RB- Branislav Ivanovic
Ivanovic is one of three Blues players that has played every minute of their season. His consistency has made him one of the best right-backs in the league.
CB- Gary Cahill
The England international has been solid in recent weeks, and has helped his side concede just two goals in their last six games.
CB- John Terry
Like Ivanovic, the 34-year-old has played every game this campaign, and shows no signs of slowing down now the title is won. His desire to win will mean that he will do everything to make sure that he is as prominent in the final two games.
