Cesc Fabregas has admitted he’s ‘relieved’ to have finally won the Premier League trophy with Chelsea after so many failed attempts with Arsenal.

The Spaniard came close a number of times to the title during his time with the Gunners but left England a failure in 2011, having missed out an incredible number of times and with little silverware to his name.
Now in his first season with the Blues he’s managed to win a League Cup medal and now a Premier League one to boot, and says he is ‘very proud’ to have done it with this Chelsea side, according to Mirror Online.
Just a shame for the ex-Barcelona man that he wasn’t part of the PFA team of the year.
