Stamford Bridge boss Jose Mourinho could also offer up to three players in part exchange for Pogba as he looks to balance the books, with midfielder Ramires, German forward Andre Schurrle and Nigerian anchor man John Obi Mikel all up for grabs.
United allowed the 21-year-old to leave Old Trafford in 2012, but Pogba has since developed into one of the world’s most sought after midfielders, having helped guide Juventus to three consecutive Serie A titles.
Cuadrado has a release clause of around £26m, but Chelsea will only agree to the Italian side’s terms if Schurrle or Mohamed Salah leave this month. The German World Cup winner has attracted interest from Wolfsburg, while Roma want Salah.
