A group were told to disembark the Manchester bound service at Stoke at around 10.30pm on Sunday evening by British Transport Police after passengers had complained about their behaviour.
The Daily Mail quotes witnesses as saying: “It was horrendous. They were Chelsea fans and they were being nasty and offensive. One passenger, a black man, moved carriages because he was disgusted with them.
“One girl was crying. The police got on and marched them off the train.”
With another claiming they asked young Asian girls why they weren’t wearing burkas and singing songs about Tottenham Hotspur and Auschwitz.
Chelsea have said they are not currently aware of any evidence that the men involved are Chelsea supporters but has said they will assist police in any enquiries they have.
This shocking incident comes just weeks after Blues fans were filmed pushing a black man off a Paris Metro train following their Champions League match with Paris Saint Germain.
Five supporters have since been suspended and told they would be banned from ever visiting Stamford Bridge again if Police proved their involvement.
