17-year-old, who has been dubbed the ‘new Antonio Valencia’, pens Chelsea contract.
Chelsea have signed teenage Ecuador winger Josi Quintero from Barcelona, much to the anger of the La Liga giants, according to The Metro.
The 17-year-old was rated highly at La Masia, but the Blues have managed to prize him away from Catalonia.
Chelsea beat off interest from Arsenal and Lyon to sign Quintero, who has the potential to frighten defences with his lightening pace and excellent dribbling skills.
Quintero, who announced last month that he was in talks with Chelsea, confirmed his move to Stamford Bridge on Friday by posting photos on Twitter of him signing a contract with the London club.
