The Blues are prepared to listen to offers for the South American duo so that they can compete with both Arsenal and Manchester City in the hunt for the £50million-rated England international.
Though Jose Mourinho has previously stated that Oscar remains a part of his plans, he is now willing to hear offers for the 23-year-old should the right one come along.
Oscar has bagged himself seven goals and eight assists this term, but has fallen out of favour recently, and the club would be willing to give him up should a deal for Sterling become possible.
Cuadrado has his head firmly on the chopping block. Having signed for the club in January, he has so far failed to live up to the tough standards set by Mourinho, and now the 26-year-old could well and truly be on the way out this summer.
