Liverpool and Spurs showing most interest.
Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has decided to let go of 24-year old left-back Ryan Bertrand for £8 million, according to reports in the Daily Express.
The twice capped England international is high on the wishlist of Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur, who are both desperate to find cover at left-back.
Bertrand has been on loan six times in his Chelsea career, and now wants a more permanent move in his career to further his ambitions.
Mourinho meanwhile, does not seem convinced by the Champions League winner and has slapped an £8 million price tag on the defender.
Liverpool already have had a £6 million bid rejected for Bertrand, while Spurs are considering their options as Swansea City’s first choice left-back Ben Davies is said to be available for £10 million.
Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers though has been eyeing Bertrand for a while now and considering the relationship he shared with the youngster during his time as a Chelsea youth coach, a move to Anfield could be imminent for the out of favour youngster.
