Former Blues ace Samuel Eto’o to make surprise move to Merseyside

Brendan Rodgers is considering an approach for Eto’o to help ease the loss of Luis Suarez to Barcelona this summer.

The Guardian reports that the Reds are keeping tabs on the 33-year-old after their purchase of Remy fell through.
