Christian Atsu agrees deal in principle to join Everton

It looks as if the Toffees’ loan move for the winger is on the verge of completion after the two clubs agree a deal for the 22-year-old, according to the Mirror.

Roberto Martinez has revealed that the Merseysiders are now just waiting on a work permit to be granted for the Ghana international.

Atsu joined the Blues from FC Porto in 2013 for £3.5m and impressed on-loan with Vitesse Arnhem last term.
