Everton loan deal for Chelsea’s Christian Atsu falls through

The Blues have decided not to send winger Atsu on-loan to Goodison Park after concerns the 22-year-old will not get enough game time, according to the Mirror.

Initial talks between the two Premier League clubs had gone well, but now the Toffees are said to have gone back on the terms of the deal.

It means other interested parties – including Aston Villa, Celtic and West Ham United – are back in the hunt to sign the Ghana international.
