Premier League giants Chelsea have set a ceiling of £50m for highly sought after Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba, according to the Daily Star.

The English champions are willing to match the record fee they paid Liverpool for striker Fernando Torres back in January 2011.
But despite their outrageous wealth, owner Roman Abramovich has told advisers that he will not be held to ransom in the hunt for new players.
Hew is also keen to stick to Financial Fair Play regulations and will demand that manager Jose Mourinho helps balance the books by selling before he buys.
However, as it stands there doesn’t appear to be any big name stars that would command a healthy transfer fee on the way out of Stamford Bridge, with only veteran goalkeeper Petr Cech set to bring in the biggest fee as he is valued at £10m.
Chelsea face a transfer battle with Manchester City for the young Frenchman, but the deposed Premier League champions are reportedly willing to go up to £70m to snap him up.
