Remy has been linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge, however Daily Star reports Mourinho views the French attacker as very much part of his plans for next season and will not allow him to leave the club.
The Blues are understood to have initially suggested the 28-year-old could leave the Stamford Bridge should another club match its £15m valuation of the player, however it now seems Chelsea have backtracked on its stance.
West Ham United, Crystal Palace and Swansea are all reportedly keen on Remy, who is understood to be worried about slipping further down the pecking order at Chelsea with Radamel Falcao expected to join on a one-year loan deal.
With Didier Drogba departing the club, Mourinho is keen to keep hold of Remy to provide depth in the attacking third.
