Blues ready to swoop for Colombian.

Chelsea are considering hijacking Manchester United’s prospective £36 million move for Fiorentina winger Juan Cuadrado, report the Metro, with Blues manager Jose Mourinho seemingly keen on adding the Colombian World Cup star to his squad.
Manchester United and Louis van Gaal had seemingly been set to complete a move for the dazzling winger, but Chelsea are now reportedly ready to use out-of-favour German Marko Marin as bait in a deal, with Viola apparently keen on bringing in the former Werder Bremen man.
Cuadrado enjoyed a fine World Cup for Barcelona, combining brilliantly with new Real Madrid signing James Rodriguez, whilst he was also one of Serie A’s most dangerous customers last season having consistently put in fine displays for Fiorentina.
Splashing out on Cuadrado would be a surprising move from Mourinho considering the attacking midfield talent that the Portuguese manager has at his disposal, including the likes of Willian, Eden Hazard and Oscar, but Cuadrado is a fine enough player to add plenty to any team, including the Blues.
