Chelsea are set to move for teenage Aston Villa winger Jack Grealish, report the Daily Star, as contracts talks between Villa and the talented young winger look set to stall.

Chelsea news
Grealish has been involved in Paul Lambert’s first team at the start of this summer, featuring as a substitute in the Premier League and from the start in the League Cup defeat to Leyton Orient, particularly impressing with his fleet-footedness against Hull City.
The teenager, whose international future remains unclear as he is eligible for both Republic of Ireland and England, returned to Villa Park at the end of last season following a hugely successful loan spell in League One with Notts County.
Villa are keen to tie him down to a long-term contract and, the report suggests, have made an offer of around £5,000 per week to the youngster, but Grealish is stalling with Chelsea waiting in the wings.
