Chelsea striker Diego Costa is excited over the arrival of summer signing Radamel Falcao, and is convinced that they can form a lethal attack together.
“I have played quite a few games alongside Falcao and it worked very well for us, without a doubt,” Costa was quoted by the Mirror as saying.
“Let’s hope Falcao can find the form he needs to. I think he looks very happy here and in good spirits.”
The duo played together at Atletico Madrid, and despite Jose Mourinho favouring a 4-3-3 formation, the Portuguese manager certainly has the option of nurturing a new forward partnership in west London.
