Chelsea’s on loan Brazilian says he would love to play alongside Cristiano Ronaldo at Real Madrid.
Chelsea starlet Wallace says he wants to play for Real Madrid in the future, and would love to have Cristiano Ronaldo as a team-mate.
The 19 year-old Brazilian is spending the current season on loan at Inter Milan, and has made two Serie A appearances from the bench, but is already dreaming of his next transfer despite not yet having played a game for Chelsea.
“I want to play for Real Madrid in the future,” said Wallace to Globo Esporte, as reported by Sky Sports.
“They are the team of my dreams since I was little and I would like to play with Cristiano Ronaldo.
“But I don’t intend to go to Real Madrid now. I am still very young and I’ll stay in Europe for a long time. I am playing for a big club. I want to stay here or return to Chelsea as I liked them a lot.”
Given that Cristiano Ronaldo will be 29 in February, Wallace may not have much time to make his dream switch, but appears happy with the chance to train under Jose Mourinho when his loan finishes.
“I like Mourinho a lot as he is, in my opinion, one of the best in the world,” continued Wallace.
“People told me that Mourinho is grumpy and that he doesn’t like Brazilians, but when you know him personally, he captivates you.
“He tries to help everyone during the short time I was there. He praised me, increased my confidence and talked a lot with me.”
