The Belgian, younger brother of current Blues star Eden Hazard, is out on loan at Borussia Monchengladbach, and has impressed in his time in the Bundesliga.
It had been hoped that Hazard could replicate the achievements of his older brother and become a success at Stamford Bridge, but it may be that first-team opportunities will be limited for the player.
On the option of staying in Germany, the 21-year-old said: “It’s an option to stay at Gladbach longer. But it’s just too early to talk about it now.
“The decision will be made towards the end of the season. I feel great here.”
