The 32-year-old Czech goalie lost his starting job to Thibaut Courtois, and he has since become a prominent name in transfer rumours.
Cech was expected to possibly transfer to Arsenal, but the Blues blocked the Gunners from making that sort of move.
Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho is adamant in not wanting the veteran goalie to go to a Premier League rival, but it’s becoming inevitable that Cech will not return for the 2015-16 season.
Cech’s agent, Victor Kolar, has come out with information that Cech is now in talks to sign with Besiktas.
Cech himself seems eager to move out of Chelsea, as he said that he does not want to go through another season where he only makes five starts in the goal.
The Blues are also reportedly making a deal to sign Rob Green as their new backup goalie for £2m.
