The 23-year-old has reportedly been a top target for Bianconeri boss Massimiliano Allegri this summer as he looks to build on the success that he enjoyed in his first season in charge in Turin.
Juve won yet another Serie A title while also finally making strides in Europe by making the Champions League final, and they have wasted little time in strengthening the squad.
However, with Carlos Tevez expected to leave to return to Boca Juniors, the Italian giants are in the market for a new star to play in the role behind their strikers, and that search has taken them to London.

“Oscar will not be leaving Chelsea.”
The Brazilian international has been a key part of Jose Mourinho’s squad over the past two seasons and will be hopeful of helping the club to secure more success in the coming years.
Meanwhile, Juve will now be forced to look elsewhere as they will also potentially have to deal with the loss of Andrea Pirlo this summer with the veteran linked with a move to MLS.
