Shock! Juan Mata Arsenal deal.
The 20-year-old only arrived at the Estadio da Luz this summer in a £3m deal, but could already be on his way as the Blues weigh up the possibility of a swoop.
Talisca has scored three goals in five league games so far in the Portuguese top tier in 2014/15 and as a result the West London outfit are taking note.
Jose Mourinho is a known admirer of the Brazilian and openly admitted that he would be in the Premier League currently if it weren’t for issues with a work permit.
The club have history when it comes to making purchases from Benfica as well, with David Luiz, Ramires and Nemanja Matic all having made the move to Stamford Bridge in recent times.
Talisca would also be in good company in terms of fellow countrymen at the club as well, with Filipe Luis, Oscar and Willian also plying their trade under Mourinho’s guidance.
