Fiorentina winger Juan Cuadrado is edging ever closer to joining Chelsea after posting a farwell message to his old club’s fans on social media, the Daily Mail reports.

The Colombian international is expected to sign for the Blues for around £26m, and should make an exciting purchase for Jose Mourinho’s squad as they push for the Premier League title and other honours.
Rumours of a deal have been hotting up in recent days, and a move now looks all but certain after this post from the player himself.
