Manchester United striker and rumoured Chelsea target Javier Hernandez’s move to Real Madrid looks like being a done deal after a tweet from Mexican national team boss Miguel Herrera.
The 26-year-old has been strongly linked with a move away from United for much of this summer after falling out of favour at the club in recent times, and it now looks as though he is set for a loan move to the Bernabeu for the 2014/15 season.
Herrera wished Hernandez well at Real Madrid and spoke of the good challenge that awaits him in Spain.
Llegar al Real Madrid es una gran oportunidad para @CH14_ , a quién le deseo el mejor de los ¡éxitos!

Although Chelsea had recently been linked with the prolific Mexican international, the Blues’ interest may have cooled after they instead opted to sign Loic Remy from Queens Park Rangers on Sunday in a £10.5m deal.
