Chelsea will sign a replacement left-back for outgoing Brazil international Filipe Luis on Monday, according to reports in Italy.
Gianlucadi Marzio claims that the Blues have agreed personal terms with Baba Rahman and scheduled a meeting to finalise a transfer fee with Augsburg at the start of next week.
Baba is expected to sign a five-year contract with Chelsea, worth €2m per season.
The 21-year-old, who has been capped 11 times by Ghana at senior international level, will takeover from Luis as Chelsea’s deputy to Azpilicueta.

Luis, who joined Chelsea for £15.8m from Atletico Madrid last summer, is tipped to return to his former club this summer after a tough debut campaign in England.
Baba will become Chelsea’s third major summer signing, after Radamel Falcao and Asmir Begovic.
