Chelsea have been told that they will have to pay a British transfer record £60m or more to sign Juventus star Paul Pogba in this summer’s transfer window, according to CaughtOffside.

The French international is surely set to leave Serie A this summer after an excellent few years in which he has risen to become regarded as probably the best young player in the world.
Paris Saint-Germain are currently thought to be leading the chase for his signature, meaning clubs like Chelsea and Manchester City are under growing pressure to make mammoth offers in order to keep themselves in with a chance.

It is said that the Ligue 1 giants have already made a bid of £60m, and Chelsea and City are under pressure to at least match that to have any hope of bringing the 22-year-old to the Premier League for next season.
If they do, this would eclipse the £59.7m record fee Manchester United paid to sign Angel Di Maria from Real Madrid last summer.
