Chelsea could face competition from Arsenal for the signing of highly-rated Chilean midfielder Charles Aranguiz, who plays for Brazilian side Internacional and who impressed at this summer’s Copa America tournament. The Daily Star claims he could cost around £16m and is likely to be on the move.
