Forgotten Chelsea winger Marko Marin is said to be on his way to Turkey to sign for Trabzonspor.
Turkish media outlet Fanatik understands that Marin is poised to put pen-to-paper on a permanent contract after completing a medical on Tuesday.
Neither club is yet to comment on the speculation, but it is believed that a fee of around €2.5m has been agreed for the 16-times capped Germany international.
Marin cost Chelsea €8m when he arrived from Werder Bremen in 2012, but has only made six Premier League appearances for the Blues in a disappointing spell.
He has spent the last two seasons on loan at Sevilla, Fiorentina and Anderlecht, and now the English champions seem set to get rid of him on a permanent deal.
Marin, 26, still has two years left on his contract at Stamford Bridge, but is further than ever from the first team and did not feature for Chelsea in pre-season.
