Staying: Cesar Azpilicueta, Branislav Ivanovic, Patrick van Aanholt.
Going: Ryan Bertrand, Ashley Cole, Wallace.
Coming in: Luke Shaw (The Week).
Full-backs have been an interesting area for the club this campaign, as Azpilicueta has shown he can be reliable at both right and left-back, whilst Cole has dropped in form.
The latter is unlikely to be given a new deal at the Bridge and Mourinho is not a fan of Bertrand – who will also be sold.
Ivanovic remains one of the best right-backs in the division and Netherlands international van Aanholt will provide good cover on the left.
Yet the new first team left-back should be self confessed Blues fan Shaw, who is likely to leave Southampton this summer after a brilliant season at St Mary’s.
