Jose Mourinho considers re-signing Chelsea legend Didier Drogba

The London Evening Standard claim that Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho is contemplating bringing Didier Drogba back to Stamford Bridge.

The Ivorian, whose last ever kick for the Blues was a penalty kick won them the UEFA Champions League title in 2012, has spent his time since at clubs in China and Turkey.

Mourinho said in March that Drogba would “have to return” to Chelsea one day – though he did not specify the role – and the Standard suggest a player-coach position could be on the cards.
