All three are set to miss out on the game on Wednesday night as Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho rotates his squad, with his team already confirmed as winners of the group and in the knockout stages.
However, Mourinho is apparently deciding to go with a more youthful approach against the Portuguese giants with the likes of 18-year-old midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek, fellow midfielder Nathan Ake, and goalkeeper Mitchell Beeney all making the 19-man squad.
Chelsea have already booked their passage into the next round of the tournament as champions and can afford to give a number of their top stars a break.
