Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has named a strong squad to take on European champions Barcelona for Wednesday’s International Champions Cup clash in Washington DC.
The Blues, however, have dropped skipper John Terry to the bench with the veteran centre-back being replaced in the starting XI by 20-year-old Frenchman Kurt Zouma.
Chelsea stars Diego Costa, Eden Hazard, Oscar, Cesc Fabregas, Nemanja Matic, Branislav Ivanovic, Gary Cahill and Thibaut Courtois all have an opportunity to snare a big morale-boosting win heading into the Premier League season and will all start.
Brazilian forward Kenedy has been handed a start and will be doing all he can to impress Mourinho following his summer move from Fluminense.
