Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho and Sunderland boss Dick Advocaat have handed in their teamsheets ahead of today’s end-of-season Premier League clash at Stamford Bridge.
The Blues, who will lift the Premier League trophy after the match, hand starts to Petr Cech and Didier Drogba in what is almost certainly going to be the pair’s final match for the club.
Meanwhile, John Terry’s start is his 38th in the league this season – his first full campaign ever.
However, Terry hands the captain’s armband to Drogba, who said an emotional farewell to Chelsea fans in a statement earlier today.
