The Blues secured their first Premier League title in five years on Sunday with a 1-0 win over Crystal Palace, winning the trophy with three games still to go in this campaign.
However, it won’t just be Jose Mourinho and the senior squad celebrating in three weeks times, they will also be joined by the Academy side who lifted the FA Youth Cup and UEFA Youth League trophies this season.
There will be an open-top bus parade with three separate coaches leaving Stamford Bridge at a start time of around 12pm and travelling east along Fulham Road before heading down Hortensia Road, onto King’s Road and then New King’s Road.
The parade will finish at Eel Brook Common at around 1pm, before proceeding on to Parsons Green.
Big screens and a PA system will be placed on Eel Brook Common to show a live broadcast of the parade with viewing for disabled fans. First aid and toilet facilities will also be made available.
The event is set to last just an hour but road closures will be in place from 7.30am with fans expected to begin gathering at around 10am for the 12pm start time.
Chelsea TV will begin broadcast at 11.30am where members of the squads will be interviewed from the bus.
