In two seasons with Chelsea, Christian Atsu has yet to make an appearance after being loaned out to different teams each year. That trend will continue in 2015-16 as he is expected to be loaned out to Bournemouth.
In one of the first big moves by the Premier League newcomer, having been promoted to Premier League from Championship League, the 23-year-old Atsu will reportedly agree to a one-year deal with Bournemouth, according to Sky Sports.
The star of the 2015 African Cup of Nations representing Ghana, Atsu was named Best Player and was awarded Best Goal of the Tournament. Atsu scored twice in a win over Guinea and but his team ultimately lost in the finals on a shootout against the Ivory Coast.
Chelsea signed Atsu from Porto in September 2013, signing a five-year contract for a fee of around £3.5m, and was immediately loaned out to Vitesse Arnhem for the 2013-14 season and then again to Everton for the 2014-15 season.
