Chelsea winger Eden Hazard has been the best player in England this season.
The 24-year-old, who picked up Player of the Year awards from both the PFA and the FWA, has scored 14 goals and provided eight assists in 37 Premier League games for Jose Mourinho’s champions.
Eight assists is impressive, but some of Hazard’s international teammates have done much better this term.

Six assists is not mind-blowing, but he has also scored six goals, while 14 of his 29 appearances have come off the bench.
