David Luiz has left for big money to join PSG, meaning last season’s first-choice pairing of Cahill and Terry are certain to continue at the back. Ivanovic can also be used as a central defender, while new signing Kurt Zouma (potentially leaving on loan) has a chance of staying at the Bridge as cover for Mourinho’s English pairing. Tomas Kalas has left on loan already to the Bundesliga.
