Mourinho winning the award is a slight shock, considering he did not receive one Manager of the Month prize this season.
Monthly awards this term have gone to Garry Monk, Ronald Koeman, Sam Allardyce, Alan Pardew, Manuel Pellegrini, Ronald Koeman, Tony Pulis, Arsene Wenger and Nigel Pearson.
Mourinho posed with the trophy at training. He was quick to praise his coaching staff, as the above photo shows.
Chelsea will lift the Premier League trophy on Sunday, after their home game with Sunderland.
