This looks to be the first transfer into the club this summer as it’s widely reported Costa has completed a medical ahead of a £32m move.
The 25-year-old scored 37 goals in all competitions last season as Atletico Madrid won their first La Liga title since 1996 and reached their first ever Champions League final.
