Team-mate Razaq Adegbite has also been sacked.
Former Enugu Rangers defender Chibuzor Madu has sensationally had his contract terminated by Turkish side Kahramanmarasspor.
MTNFootball understand the 25-year-old Nigerian defender was handed his marching orders after the removal of the previous management team that brought him to the Subat Stadium, with the club’s new staff deciding he was surplus to requirements and subsequently tearing up his two-year deal.
He only moved to Turkey last month but is now on the lookout for new employment, along with fellow Flying Antelopes player Razaq Adegbite who was also dismissed, and plans to stay in the country until he receives his severance package, of which the terms are currently unavailable.
It will certainly come as a surprise to Madu after he initially impressed officials from the club and was promptly signed ahead of the new campaign, and was expected to be a regular fixture in the team, but is now having to start all over again after the setback.
Kahramanmarasspor are currently floundering in the second division after a poor start to the season and lie 17th in the table having managed to put just a solitary point on the board from their opening three league matches.
