Bulls guard Mike Dunleavy has avoided a suspension after being called for a flagrant 1 foul. He had hit Bucks point guard Michael Carter-Williams in the jaw and neck. It is unknown
The Bucks became angry with this in addition to being blown out, and Bucks forward Giannis Antetokounmpo lashed out at Dunleavy by tackling him after the Bulls guard made a three-pointer.
The Bucks forward was ejected from the game for his actions, due to tackling being classified as a flagrant 2 foul.
Carter-Williams also received a flagrant foul later in the game for retaliating against Dunleavy with a shot at his groin and face.
The Bucks’ emotions clearly got to them as they lost by 54 points, but the Bulls will face their biggest test of the playoffs against the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Despite missing power forward Kevin Love, the Cavaliers still have LeBron James and Kyrie Irving and will be difficult to beat.
The Bulls will look to avenge their 2011 Eastern Conference Finals loss to the Miami Heat, who had signed LeBron before the start of that season. They have point guard Derrick Rose healthy and looking like his old self.
