Starting pitcher Chris Sale has become the unquestioned ace for the Chicago White Sox’s starting rotation as he has put together three consecutive Cy Young-caliber seasons.

He posted a 2.17 earned run average in 2014 with a 12-4 record and 208 strikeouts in 174 innings.
The White Sox may have to face life without him at the beginning of the season though as he fractured his right foot after injuring himself at home.
Sale will be out for at least three weeks, and his status for Opening Day is in doubt.
