It’s a packed card at the Excel Arena on Saturday night with British heavyweights Dereck Chisora and Tyson Fury headlining in the main event.
Promoter Frank Warren has continued his war of words with rival promotional companies throughout the build-up to this fight, claiming that this is the best card in boxing this year.
While some may disagree and opt with the Matchroom events, there is certainly the potential for these fights lighting up with Billy Joe Saunders and Chris Eubank Jr in particular capturing the public’s attention.
These two middleweights will first and foremost settle their differences in the ring on Saturday, although Saunders’ British, Commonwealth and European titles are on the line while the winner will go on to fight for a world title.
The exchanges between the two have been entertaining, but fight fans will find out on Saturday whether or not Eubank Jr is the real deal as he makes a significant step up in class to face his domestic rival.
As well as the likes of Frankie Gavin and Bradley Skeete also featuring, the main event sees Chisora and Fury do battle for a second time after the latter claimed victory in their first bout back in 2011.
Fury won on points that night, but he has promised that he will claim a stoppage this time round while Chisora insists that he is in much better shape and will be ready to silence his opponent.
As a result, there will be no excuses on Saturday night as both men eye big fights in 2015, but it remains to be seen who will claim the win and make progress in their career with a potential bout with Wladimir Klitschko on the horizon.
What time does it start?
Coverage from the Excel Arena begins at 7pm on BoxNation, but with four fights on the undercard, expect Chisora and Fury to enter the ring around 10-11pm.
