The Cincinnati Bengals were humiliated on Thursday Night Football by the Cleveland Browns as they lost, 24-3.
Running back Jeremy Hill took the loss hard as he made some questionable comments following the loss. “Oh no, not at all. They’re probably worse than I thought, to be honest with you. They didn’t do anything special to me. I mean respect to them, they won the game. But that’s all I’ll give them,” the rookie running back said to ESPN.
Hill was held to 55 yards on 12 carries, and he lost a fumble. This was following a 154-yard effort against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Despite these outlandish claims, the Browns controlled every aspect of the game as their three-headed rushing attack controlled the clock, and their defense held Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton to 86 yards and three interceptions.
The Bengals and Browns are set to play each other again on Dec. 14, so the Browns players are sure to post the article of Hill making these comments on their lockers.
