The Collingwood utility has been involved in a pile-up on Melbourne’s Westgate Bridge.
Collingwood utility Ben Reid’s bad luck has continued after he was involved in a multi-car pile up on Melbourne’s Westgate Bridge on Monday morning.
Reid was unhurt in the accident, which occurred as the 25-year-old was making his way to Collingwood’s Westpac Centre training facility.
In comes just a week after Reid injured his quadricep in his return match in the VFL after being ruled out of the game since March with a calf injury.
The Magpies issued a club statement confirming the accident.
“Reid’s car was damaged but he emerged unscathed,” the statement said.
“Reid will return to training tomorrow”.
